Until September 14th 2012 early bird admission prices will be 50% off. Once the early bird period has expired admission prices will increase by $10 per participant the following week, then by $5 per participant every Saturday (spectators and crawlers excluded). Refunds, Exchanges, and Transfer Policy No refunds or exchanges $15 transfer fee. Cancellation Policy Race Management reserves the right to alter the course and distances, postpone, relocate or cancel the event. Refunds will be issued only if the circumstances were under the control of management. Active Service Personnel Active Service Personnel (Military, Police, Fire-Rescue) qualify for a $10 rebate per participant (spectators excluded) in the form of a gift certificate/debit card which can be redeemed at check-in with proper government issued identification. Fees Please note that the following fees are not covered by the admission price: $5 insurance fee at packet pick up for participants. $6 parking fee per car.
