About the program: A New Beginning Seminar Sooner or later, we all reach a point in life when we feel a gap between where we are now and where we want to be. Through lectures, discussion, question-and-answer sessions and guided meditations we will learn practices of awareness and other spiritual processes that are simple, universal, and can be used by each of us to shift the way we relate to ourselves and the way we relate to the world around us.
