A FREE public service educational seminar for First Time Home Buyers enabling them to make informed decisions with respect to their housing needs.  Most FTHBs are not aware of the opportunities and tax advantages of home ownership.  Many do not realize they may be able to own their home in some cases for less than it costs to rent.This seminar allows us to make available much needed important information to the community.  Attendees will receive workbooks containing some of the most important information FTHBs will ever need to know.  Taking that first step to buy a home can be confusing for many people.  The material presented is meant to provide basic information that will make the experience easier and help First Time Buyers avoid problems that may adversely affect them.  An advisory panel will be available to answer any additional questions.
