This seminar, offered by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), provides participants with valuable information and strategies for handling the variety of difficult people they may encounter in the workplace. The seminar will identify types of difficult people and offer helpful tips to remain resourceful during challenging encounters. This seminar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant.
