Join us December 5th for a Raw Food class and buffet dinner taught by Dhyan Taylor of Raw One Foods (www.rawonefood.com), a line of "live food" snacks sold at Whole Foods. Dhyan is a long-time raw foodist who will teach healthy, raw recipes for those who are on-the-go. All class proceeds will benefit Youth L.E.A.D.’s programming, which educates and empowers youth from low-income neighborhoods to increase access to healthy foods in their communities (youthleadmiami.org). All class attendees with receive a free YL Recipe & Resource book, a canvas tote bag, and vacuum-sealed food storage containers."Raw food" or "live food" includes uncooked, unprocessed and organic foods including fresh fruits, vegetables, plants, nuts, and seeds.
