Winn-Dixie invites South Florida shoppers to join us for an afternoon of food, family and fun to kick-off this year’s Calle Ocho festival with mini celebrations throughout February and March at select Miami stores. As part of the celebrations, shoppers will enjoy a special cooking demonstration by Univision’s Celebrity Chef Maggie Jiménez, co-host of “Delicioso”, a Spanish language cooking and lifestyle show. Known for her simple and delicious recipes that make it so easy to learn, Jiménez will prepare easy Kraft Food recipes such as Mesquite Chicken Breasts with Lime-Avocado Salsa, JELL-O Cheesecake and a Strawberry Mint Mojito made with KOOL-AID. In addition to the cooking demonstrations, event attendees will also enjoy Coca-Cola sampling, giveaways, live entertainment and more.
