Cheesemongers will guide you through the perfect pairings fit for any taste buds during this cheese and champagne course. Learn the origin of champagne and how it matches up to cheese from each major category. Taste your way through 5 to 7 specially selected cheeses paired with 3 to 4 champagnes.
