Join us Monday, Feb. 11 through Saturday, Feb. 16 for a special art glass show and sale by world-renowned Romanian artist Ion Tamaian at our Fort Lauderdale Family Store location. Ion Tamaian's unique creations have become well-known in Romania and throughout the world. His artistic-functional glass items have been sold in galleries stretching from Western Europe to Japan and Hong Kong. Tamaian graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He is inspired by everyday life, creating both abstract and functional works of art. His one-of-a-kind works usually foretell the next line of collection – whether it be human figures, seascapes, or echoes of rhapsodies in history.
