OCEAN2000 at Pelican Grand Beach Resort will be serving Easter brunch on Sunday, March 31, with reservation seatings at 11:30 am, 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm. The brunch menu is fixed price, $65 per adult; $32 for children ages 5-12 and complimentary for children 4 and under 4.
Offerings include: composed salad station (Harissa Cous-Cous, Smoke Paprika Deviled Egss, Fresh Mozzarealla, Fresh Fruit Display), charcuterie display (Spruce Point Smoke Salmon, Jamon Serrno, Local and Imported Cheeses), chilled seafood display (Jonah Crab Claws, Sushi Boat Display), Chef Attended Stations (Paella Station, Chairman's Reserve Prime Rib, Ginger Honey Glazed Smokey Pit Ham, Belgium Waffles, Omelets Made to Order), as well as various entrees, accompaniments and desserts.
Located on the water at 2000 North Ocean Blvd., inside Pelican Grand Beach Resort, OCEAN2000 is open Sunday through Thursday from 7 am - 10 pm and Friday through Saturday 7 am - 11 pm, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
