A well thought out hiring and onboarding process offers many benefits including improved productivity, reduced employee anxiety, employee engagement and retention to name a few. The Hiring and Onboarding Talent course provides supervisors with tools and techniques for identifying talent needs, behavioral interviewing, creating an interview plan, peer interviewing, and developing a plan for onboarding and retaining talent.
