WHAT IS TRUNK OR TREAT? Trunk or Treat is a new Halloween tradition replacing door to door Trick or Treating. It is where the community comes together to provide a safe Trick or Treating experience. Individuals and/or businesses make a small donation ($25.00) to take over a single parking spot and then back their cars/trucks in and decorate their vehicles in the spirit of Halloween. The trunks are then filled with individually wrapped candies, and the children go from trunk to trunk. Trick-or-treaters will go from car to car to show off their costumes and collect treats
COST: Best Roofing´s First Annual Trunk or Treat will have much more than free candy and decorated trunks. We will be providing free kids activities such as a bounce house, pumpkin patch, free concessions and much more. The event is open to all children of Broward County – admission is either $5 per child or 5 cans of food per child. Children affiliated with the following organizations are being admitted at no charge – The Pantry of Broward, Angels Pediatric Heart House, Tomorrow´s Rainbow, Jack & Jill and HOPE South Florida. Every child receives a wristband for admission. Parents may accompany children for free. Treat Bags will be handed out to children as they arrive. Youngsters of all ages are welcome to participate as long as they arrive with an adult. Unaccompanied children will not be permitted to participate.

VEHICLE/PARKING SPOT: Registration is $25 per parking spot. Cars must be registered in advance; registration will not be accepted on the day of the event. Cars must arrive at the parking lot by 3:30p.m. to set up and remain until 7:30 p.m. All cars must be decorated in a fun Halloween theme. Please nothing too gory or too frightening for small children. If you are decorating your car, those working your car space must be in costume as well! Family members and friends may work together to decorate one car. You will receive an allotment of assorted, individually wrapped candy to distribute. The candy will be supplied by an event sponsor, saving you time and money! To register your car visit www.thepantryofbroward.org.
