SUMMER IS DEFINITELY HERE IN SOUTH FLORIDA.  Temperatures have been tapping out in the 90’s, but with the humidity ya’ll know it feels more like 190. With all this heat and humidity its super important to re-hydrate, but not just your insides.  It’s super important to keep our skin hydrated too, so I reached out to my girl Kema, hair and make-up artist to the stars, and asked her if she had any advice.   Here are her EASY, EFFECTIVE, and INEXPENSIVE ways to stay hydrated this summer:

Tip: Find a mini-spray bottle and add a little peppermint oil to some water and spray your face and skin through-out the day.  The peppermint will open up your pores to let moisture in!  She also said, DRINK LOTS OF WATER!! (Back Off soda and processed juices!  They’re full of sugar and unnecessary calories, and they’ll  leave you feeling more thirsty and lead to faster dehydration)
