SO....last night the Miami Heat took on the LA Lakers in a highly anticipated post "foul heard round the world" rematch b/w HEAT leader D.Wade and the Masked Mamba Himself...ummm yeah...Kobe Bryant!!  Now, in case you've been under a rock since last weeks All-Star game, here's the deets:  D.Wade broke Kobe's nose on a freak "hard Foul" under the basket, and folks had been hyping up Sundays Showdown as a vengance filled rematch between the two superstars...

Unfortunately, though, it seems the refs took Wades hard foul more personal than even Kobe, as the 7x All-Star was called for a ridiculous amount of shall we say "questionable" fouls, and eventually fouled out of a game for only the 5th  time in his entire NBA career.  OBVIOUSLY, Flash was not a happy camper.  However, the fans still got a GREAT show with Kobe posting  more than 30 points for the 3rd straight time since the All-Star Game and the other Big Man on the court, Lebron, putting up 25 points, 13 rebounds, and 7 assists.   Metta World Peace aka Ron daym Artest also had a big night leading the Lakers defensive efforts and putting up 17pts too...  Wade had a below average performance (for himself) scoring 16 points before he fouled out about halfway through the 4th quarter.  The Lake-Show has won 17 of their last 18 home games and 8-10 overall and last nights 93-83 victory over Miami reassured teams around the league that the West is a force to be reckoned with!!!
