99 Co-sign: Talia Talks “Bossed Up” & More!

Miami native Talia walked into the JAMZ studio with the confidence of a superstar. The rising artist aimed to make a lasting impression on the Afternoon Get-Down and the rest of South Florida with her winning song “Bossed Up.” Needless to say, Talia’s popular banger is only part of why she’s our first 99 Co-sign artist of 2020.

Talia is the first 99 Co-sign artist to pull up to the Afternoon Get-Down. The singer sits down with Supa Cindy and DJ Entice to talk about her latest single “Bossed Up,” which features our 2019 99 Co-sign Artist of the Year Tierra Traniece. The record, produced by Rippa On The Beat, is a inspirational song that encourages everyone everywhere to take control of their lives and boss up.

“I’m a daredevil. I’m a risk taker,” Talia told Supa and Entice. “I’ve been doing music but I took a two and a half year break so I wanted to put this single out. I really believe in it, and I just want to see where it goes.”

Since 1998, Talia has been enticed large crowds with her magnificent voice. According to her Soundcloud, Talia tried to make her break in the game in June 2015 when she auditioned for Season 9 of NBC's The Voice. Unfortunately she didn't make a team but being chosen out of 20,000 contestants still sounds like a winner.Although she's taken breaks over the years, the Miami singer is dead set on developing her music career.

Back in 2018, Talia released her first project The Cover Up. The 10-track project would be the precursor to her latest single "Bossed Up." Before she released the record, Talia had worked with plenty of rising names in SoFlo's prominent music scene like Bushy B, King Hoodie, Flokid and more.
