Kamala Harris, Loni Love, Lebron James react to Texas school shooting

Vice President Kamala Harris, Loni Love and LeBron James are among those speaking out about the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, Tuesday that left 19 children and two adults dead.

Appearing at a pre-scheduled gala event Tuesday night, Harris said, "Every time a tragedy like this happens, our hearts break. And our broken hearts are nothing compared to the broken hearts of those families and yet it keeps happening. So I think we all know and have said many times with each other enough is enough. Enough is enough."

Echoing Harris' comments is LeBron James, who took to Twitter to express his grief. "My thoughts and prayers goes out to the families of love ones loss & injured at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, TX!" he said. "Like when is enough enough man!!! These are kids and we keep putting them in harms way at school. Like seriously 'AT SCHOOL' where it's suppose to be the safest!"

In a follow-up tweet, James said, "There simply has to be change! HAS TO BE!!"

Comedian Loni Love compared Tuesday's shooting to similar mass shootings in America, including the 2012 Sandy Hook shooting and the recent Buffalo tragedy.

“Did nothing when the babies were killed at Sandy Hook, nothing when 9 Black people were shot and killed at Bible study, 10 in a grocery store in Buffalo… and will do nothing about these 14 babies…,” she said. “will say it’s mental health but won’t do nothing about that either .. just watch.”
