Atmospheric river: Photos, videos capture deadly storms in California, Pacific Northwest

A deadly “bomb cyclone” and “atmospheric river” pummeled Northern California and the Pacific Northwest on Sunday, bringing heavy rains, floods and mudslides to the region, according to The Associated Press.
