LAS VEGAS — Pedestrians in Las Vegas have easy access to the casinos on the Strip, thanks to people movers and bridges. But here is something you don’t see often.
The Nevada Highway Patrol’s Southern Command tweeted a photo of a vehicle that was parked on a pedestrian bridge, undoubtedly blocking the path of tourists.
“What happens in Vegas ...” the NHP tweeted. “And yes, that’s a pedestrian bridge, for people, not cars.”
The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI, according to the NHP. Troopers did not say how the driver was able to navigate the vehicle onto the bridge.
