This past Saturday, we held our Teen Talks event, helping students prepare for college life and give them the best tips on having healthy money management habits. Sponsored by T.E.E.S., House of Mac, and DTLR, Georgette Starr, local morning show host of the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, moderated the college planning panel that featured an array of panelists while our midday host and APD, Tap Money, moderated the panel on financial management.

On top of giveaways, the students and even adults partaked in creating vision boards, we did giveaways, but most importantly everyone had the chance to really listen and connect with people in places and spaces they aspire to get to.
