Miami-Dade Police are searching for a missing child and her father. According to the Miami-Dade Police Special Victims Unit, 4-year-old Ishtar Ayiti Nicaisse was last seen on Thursday, March 2nd,2023.

She was in the company of her father, 31-year-old Frantz. A. Nicaisse. Ishtar was last seen along the 1200 block of Northeast 111th Street in Northeast Miami-Dade. She was wearing a blue dress.

She is described by police as a Black female, who is 3-feet tall, weighs 40 pounds and has brown hair and black eyes. The girl may be in need of services, police said.
